Could do better

Kickboard is fine. It arrived with a dent but works ok. The rest of my order and experience wasn’t quite so good. Ordered strapless paddles but was sent dryland training paddles instead. Have sent Volare three emails about it but no reply. Perhaps a bad review will prompt some action? Shame as I’ve had a good experience with them until now.
