Hi,

Funny you should ask.

I ordered the top and got sent the suit in error. I reported the error and was told I would either have to return the suit or pay the difference.

I tried the suit and decided I would be happy to keep it and save everyone the postage on returning it, so perhaps a little cheekily asked for a discount to the value of two lots of postage. After all it was your company’s error.

I was told by Gemma I would have to pay the full difference, and not even offered the 10% discount on the difference that writing this review would earn.

So in summary despite the product appearing to be good and a request for a review there appears to have been no appreciation from customer service that my time is indeed precious or that a happy customer actually is important to you, a 10% discount probably would have done it. Good luck in your future endeavours.

Monica, clearly not our best effort, unfortunately mistakes do happen and we can only apologise. The key point is how you fix them and we will always rectify our mistakes. Our policy is that we would certainly credit you the freight and send you the correct item back at our cost. We should have offered you a discount on the price of tri suit and again commonsense didn't prevail. However we have sent you out the correct items and a return bag for the incorrect item at out cost. Again I apologise for your experience, we could definitely done a better job communicating and handling your order. Sorry you had a bad experience. Anthony

In this case you paid for $139 tri top and you received a $279 item a difference of $140.
